It is specially formulated with a stable form of hydrogen peroxide at a high pH level, so it remains in an active state for a longer period of time than other "oxygen-based" cleaners. The concentrated formula can be diluted at a variety of rates to clean everything from delicate fabrics to hard surfaces. It may also be used undiluted for extremely greasy areas and very difficult stains on hard surfaces.
