ROAST CHICKEN CYCLE TEST - Roast chicken fat is the one of the most corrosive fats, attacking non-stick cookware and severly reducing performance. The roast chicken cycle test involves cooking a roast chcken in the non stick cookware and then passing the cookware through a dishwasher, the cycle is then repeated to the point where the non stick coating starts to disintegrate.
